Intel pristato naujus procesorius ir mikroschemų rinkinius

Didžiausias lustų gamintojas pasaulyje Intel vakar pristatė naujus centrinius procesorius, kurie yra pagaminti naudojant naująjį 32nm technologinį procesą, tačiau skirti ne aukščiausiai, bet vidutinei klasei.

Naujieji staliniams ir nešiojamiesiems skirti procesoriai turi du branduolius ir dėka HyperTherading technologijos gali susitvarkyti su keturiomis užduotimis iš karto. Šie procesoriai taip pat yra pirmieji x86 kartoje, kurie turi integruotą grafinį branduolį tiesiog centrinio procesoriaus luste. Tiesa, antrasis lusto sluoksnis turės net tik kad vaizdo branduolį, tačiau ir integruotus atminties ir PCI-E jungties kontrolerius.

Žvelgiant į staliniams kompiuteriams skirtų centrinių procesorių pasiūlą, gigantas pristatė keturis Core i5 procesorius – i5 670: 3.46 GHz, $284; i5 661: – 3.33 GHz, $196; i5 660 – 3.33 GHz, $196 ir i5 650: 3.2 GHz, $176. Visi procesoriai palaiko Turbo Boost technologiją. Intel į rinką žengė ir su kiek pigesniais procesoriais, kurie sudaro Core i3 šeimą. Tai yra i3 540: 3.06 GHz, $133 ir i3 530: 2.93 GHz, $113 procesoriai, nors pastarieji nepalaiko Turbo Boost technologijos, tačiau turi HyperThreading.

Visi šie procesoriai turi 73 vatų TDP, išskyrus vieną Core i5 661, kuris pasižymi 83 vatų TDP. Jis naudoja didesnes energijos sąnaudas dėl to, jog jo integruotas grafinis lustas dirba kiek didesniu dažniu. Visi kiti integruoti grafiniai lustai dirba 733MHz dažniu, kai Core i5 661 turimas darbuojasi 900MHz.

Naujų procesorių nešiojamiesiems yra dar daugiau, nei stalinių jų versijų. Kompanija pristatė penkis Core i7 šeimos narius, tai yra 620M: 2.66 GHz, $332, 35 W; 640LM: 2.13 GHz, $332, 25 W; 620LM: 2 GHz, $300, 25 W; 640UM: 1.2 GHz, $305, 18 W ir 620UM: 1.06 GHz, $278, 18 W. Trys naujieji yra iš Core i5 serijos, 540M: 2.53 GHz, $257, 35 W; 520M: 2.4 GHz, $225, 35 W ir 520UM: 1.06 GHz, $241, 18 W, bei dar trys iš Core i3 – 430M: 2.26 GHz, 35 W; 350M: 2.26 GHz, 35 W ir 330M: 2.13 GHz, 35 W. Visi mobilūs centriniai procesoriai palaiko jau minėtą HyperThreading technologiją, tačiau Turbo Boost funkcija pasižymi tik i5 bei i7 modeliai.

Naujų procesorių proga neužmiršti ir lustų rinkiniai. Kompanija pristatė H55, H57 ir Q57 lustus, nors pastarieji neturi naujausių technologijų, kaip SATA3 ar USB 3.0, tačiau palaiko FDI sąsają, kuri leidžia naudotis centriniu procesoriumi turinčiu integruotą grafinį lustą. Nepaisant to, kad P55 lustas iš esmės yra suderintas su naujaisiais procesoriais, tačiau grafiniu lustu pasinaudoti yra neįmanoma.

OK, here goes. First of all, I did not buy this on Amazon. I won it in a contest. The Samsung JP-02 is a ntebook. It is not a mainframe or notebook, and if you were expecting one, then this is not for you. For valuable web surfing, email, and watching videos this is very well suited. I do not play games on it but would not expect that it would be powerful enough for most of the standard ones. Just as with any computer, it has it’s strengths and weaknesses. First off, even if it will play videos from youtube, wimp etc., it is not powerful enough to mind TV shows or movies that are streamed on the net. Secondly, it is only 1.6 GH for the PC, so it will not do very labor intensive tasks. Thirdly, it only comes with a 250 GB harddrive. Your best bets would be to use a security program like Micro Soft Security Essentials, which does not consume huge amounts of power and even if it is free, it is competent and does the job. I would also not worry about upgrading the Windows 7 starter to the full blown Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade. Also, one upgrade that I did not do yet but which is worth it, is upgrade your ram to 2 GB. There is only 1 GB that comes with it. Open the bottom of the case and pull out the ram chip. Be careful not to break it. Look underneath and it will tell you whether to add DDR2 or DDR3. Get the proper ram, and buy it from Amazon. If you buy it in the stores, it will cost double or triple. Also it does not come with a DVD drive. I do not own one yet, but I am sure it will be quick enough mind movies from the DVD. Also, save some space and take out the bloatware (games and trial software) you do not need. If you buy a mainframe/notebook in this fee range, you get nothing more than the same specs with a larger, more pixilated screen. I would venture to say that, even if I do not have children, I reckon this small ntebook, would work fine for them. Pros: Sturdy Nice keyboard Quick enough Fantastic fee Nice software Tiny size Non-glare screen Cons: Too slow for streaming I know that Amazon will probably delete this, but the ram upgrade is crucial CT1881706, which they do not sell.
